

2023 INOA Annual Conference Vendor Registration

A vendor area will be open for display beginning on Monday, March 20th 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in order to allow you to meet and display to INOA members as they arrive during the early registration period. (The vendor area will be open for setup by noon.)

Registration for conference attendees will continue March 21st from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at which time the conference will begin.
The vendor area will then reopen on Tuesday, March 21st and Wednesday, March 22nd from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Training on Wednesday, March 22nd, will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. Training on Thursday, March 23rd will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude before 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to stay through the conclusion of the conference on Thursday, March 23rd. From vendor feedback, they feel Thursday has been not needed for them at the conference, but again, you are welcome to stay.
The Vendor Room for this conference will be located directly next to our main conference meeting room. We will be handing out a “vendor bingo card”…
