2025 INOA Annual Conference Vendor Registration Pay By Check

A vendor area will be open for display beginning on Monday, March 17th 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in order to allow you to meet and display to INOA members as they arrive during the early registration period. (The vendor area will be open for setup by noon.)

Registration for conference attendees will continue March 17th from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at which time the conference will begin.
The vendor area will then reopen on Tuesday, March 18th and Wednesday, March 19th from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Training on Wednesday, March 22nd, will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. Training on Thursday, March 23rd will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude before 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to stay through the conclusion of the conference on Thursday, March 20th. From vendor feedback, they feel Thursday has been not needed for them at the conference, but again, you are welcome to stay.
The Vendor Room for this conference will be located directly next to our main conference meeting room. We will be handing out a “vendor bingo card”…
