From the President
Dear Friends and Supporters,

My name is Christopher Wuebker, and I’m proud to serve as the President of the Iowa Narcotics Officers’ Association (INOA).

The INOA was created back in 2004 to bring together professionals across law enforcement, corrections, prosecution, and related fields with one common goal: supporting each other and our mission to fight illegal drug activity in Iowa. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to high-quality training, strong partnerships, and advocating for those doing the difficult and dangerous work in drug enforcement.

We currently have over 360 members, and we continue to grow. Every year, we host an Annual INOA Training Conference, where members from across the state and beyond gather for three days of hands-on instruction, networking, and camaraderie. We bring in nationally recognized instructors to ensure our members are equipped with the best tools, tactics, and information available.

We’re also proud to offer tangible support to our members. Each member in good standing receives life and accidental death insurance coverage, including special line-of-duty benefits—not just for themselves, but extended to their spouse and children as well.

Over the years, we’ve worked hard to build more than just an association—we’ve built a community. That’s why we created the INOA Survivor's Fund, which provides immediate financial support to Iowa law enforcement officers who are injured in the line of duty, and to the families of those who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice. This initiative was born out of our deep respect and commitment to those who serve.

We raise funds throughout the year, but one of our key events is the Annual INOA Golf Tournament Fundraiser, which will take place again this year June 2026, at A.H. Blank Golf Course in Des Moines. Proceeds from this event go directly into the Survivor’s Fund and are also shared with Iowa Concerns of Police Survivors (Iowa COPS), helping provide cash support to surviving family members and assistance with medical expenses for injured officers.

As a valued part of our community, we hope you’ll consider supporting this important cause. Your donation is tax-deductible and will go a long way in helping us continue to serve Iowa’s law enforcement family.

Thank you for your time, your support, and your belief in what we do.

Sincerely,
Christopher Wuebker
President, Iowa Narcotics Officers’ Association
