Pay by Check
Membership is $25 and valid October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.
How Pay by Check Works
Fill out the form and click Submit. You will get an email with the amount due ($25) and where to mail your check. Please print that email and mail it with your check. When INOA receives your check, you will get an email confirming your membership.
