5th Annual INOA Survivors Benefit Golf Tournament If you sign up before 6 P.M. on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, your team will receive 2 free mulligans & the 4 members of you team will be included in a raffle of a gun to be selected the night of March 19th, 2025 at the INOA Annual Banquet Dinner!

About the event
Plaques will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in the top 3 flights, as well as multiple hole/challenge prizes to be awarded.

Team Mulligans
5 (five) mulligans for $100. A "Team Mulligan" is used when a mulligan has been declared. Each team member is allowed to hit from that same location. Any unused mulligans will be forfeited. ONE MULLIGAN PACKAGE PER TEAM.

50/50 Pink Golf Ball
$40 per team. Each team receives a pink golf ball that must be used by a different golfer in the group on every hole. The ball must rotate consecutively amongst all golfers in the group on every hole. The object is to not lose the ball for the entire 18 holes. Any teams that complete the round with the ball still in their possession, is then entered into the drawing for a 50/50 raffle of the money raised.

On The Green - Hole Game
$50 per team. If anyone lands on the green, the team gets an automatic ZERO for that hole. Teams may play multiple times, if needed. This is a pay at the hole or prepay. NO mulligans allowed on this hole.

Hula-Hoop - Hole Game
$25 per person or $80 per team. After teeing off, if your ball lands in a hula hoop, you receive one ticket for a chance to win a handgun. If all team members participate, begin play at the cone on the edge of the green while laying 1. If no golfer lands in a hula hoop, the gun will be used as a general raffle prize.
