The 19th Annual Iowa Narcotics Officers’ Association (INOA) annual training conference will be held beginning on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, and run through Thursday, March 21st, 2024. The conference will be held at the West Des Moines Marriott located at 1250 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA. Our conference is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your products and services to law enforcement personnel, prosecuting attorneys, and other members in associated career fields who will recommend, purchase, and use your products and services.
The 18th annual INOA Conference was held in March 2023, with approximately 260 members in attendance from Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Minnesota, California, Illinois, Texas, Kansas and Colorado.
The vendor area will be open for display beginning on Monday, March 18th, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in order to allow you to meet and display to INOA members as they arrive during the early registration period. (The vendor area will be open for setup by noon.)
Registration for conference attendees will continue March 19th from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at which time the conference will begin.
The vendor area will then reopen on Tuesday, March 19th and Wednesday, March 20th from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Training on Wednesday, March 20th, will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. Training on Thursday, March 21st will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude before 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to stay through the conclusion of the conference on Thursday, March 21st. From vendor feedback, they feel Thursday has been not needed for them at the conference, but some vendors have showcased through the lunch period.
The Vendor Room for this conference will be located directly next to our main conference meeting room. We will be handing out a “vendor bingo card” to all conference attendees to be stamped by attending vendors. (If you are a new vendor please email me your high-quality logo so it can be applied to the bingo card). This year, we are also going to allow vendors to purchase $300 worth of raffle tickets for $200 to hand out to attendees as they visit your tables. I would recommend bringing a container and request that attendees leave their contact information or business cards in order to receive a raffle ticket from you. This will allow you to reach out to potential customers even after the conference is over. We have also designated Tuesday during lunch, for vendor presentations where you will introduce yourself and your products to INOA attendees. The vendor room will also be secured when the vendor area closes. This will allow for the vendors to leave their display areas set overnight if they desire.
The cost of a vendor exhibition table for the 2024 INOA Training Conference at $200 per table. This cost also includes free lunches for vendors on all 3 days of the conference. Electricity is available; however, you will be required to supply your own extension cords, multi-plug connectors, or any other specialized equipment that you will need. Vendor spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration is open until 03-01-24. Special hotel room rates for INOA Conference vendors will be available. We would also like to invite you to join us in our FREE hospitality room following registration on Monday and after the conclusion of training on both Tuesday and Wednesday. As in the past, we offer the opportunity for vendors to sponsor the hospitality room for $200 and we will place your company signage in the room for more exposure. We would greatly appreciate your generous contributions toward this effort, which also provides yet another opportunity to promote your company, products, and services. All forms of contributions to INOA will be appropriately recognized.
